Stephen is a supervising partner of the firm’s immigration law and work permit practice. He has been involved in a wide range of projects at SSEK, including shipping and maritime law, general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, foreign capital investment law, immigration law and negotiations with various government officials related to commercial transactions. Stephen earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall) School of Law. At UC Berkeley, he was a member of the Student Organization for Advanced Legal Studies, and he also channeled his enthusiasm for sports by organizing sports events with other universities.
